How to order

All you need to do is send us the necessary information, and we will prepare your documentation within 4 days.

The information we need includes:

• Company name and address

• Name and address of the establishment

• Correspondence address

• Tax Identification Number (NIP)

• Business Registry Number (REGON)

• Full name of the owner

• Contact phone number

• Menu – all dishes served
  (for rotating menus, dishes from a two-week period)

• Logo (optional)

• Information about the number and types of refrigeration units

• Are the dishes made from raw ingredients or semi-finished products?

• Information about the method of egg disinfection

• Are dishes stored in a bain-marie counter?

• Are dishes delivered to customers via your own catering service? If so, in what packaging?

• Information about signed contracts:

  • with a waste disposal company (including fats and Category III waste)

  • with a pest control (DDD) company – only mention contracts that have been signed

• What kind of dishes will the food be served on?

• Should the documentation be sent by email (no extra charge) or by courier (+40 PLN for printing, binding, and shipping)?

• Which documentation package should be prepared (HACCP only / GMP/GHP only / HACCP and GMP/GHP)?

Please note that incomplete information may result in delays in processing your order.

Any necessary revisions to the documentation will be made free of charge.
